ExcaliburHQ B.V. provides non-custodial software services and does not operate as:

• A cryptocurrency exchange
• A broker or payment processor
• An investment advisor
• A custodian of digital assets

The Company is not subject to financial regulatory supervision for the operation of the ForestLaunch platform.

The Platform is not available to persons located in or acting on behalf of individuals or entities in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive international sanctions. Access may be restricted based on geographic location and applicable legal requirements.

VAT treatment is determined automatically based on geographic location detection systems.

• Users located within the European Union may be subject to VAT at a rate of 21%, where applicable.
• Users located outside the European Union are not charged VAT (0%).

All tax determinations are made in accordance with applicable Dutch and EU tax regulations.

All content, branding, software, and technical infrastructure associated with ForestLaunch are the property of ExcaliburHQ B.V. or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

The Platform is provided on a non-custodial basis and is subject to blockchain-related risks. Please refer to our Terms of Service, Risk Disclaimer, AML/KYC Policy, and Privacy Policy for further information.

This website and all associated services are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
