Terms of Service

By accessing or using ForestLaunch, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

ForestLaunch is a non-custodial software platform providing blockchain-based technical tools. The Company:

• Does not custody or control user funds
• Does not operate as a cryptocurrency exchange
• Does not provide brokerage, payment, or investment services
• Does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice

All transactions occur directly on public blockchain networks via smart contracts. The Company cannot reverse blockchain transactions.

You may only use the Platform if:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are not subject to guardianship, curatorship, or similar legal restriction.
• You are not suffering from any condition that materially impairs your ability to understand financial risk, technological risk, or the consequences of blockchain transactions.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction (see Section 4).

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If at any time you no longer meet these conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

The Platform may not be used by individuals or entities located in, incorporated in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of persons located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive international sanctions. This includes, but is not limited to:

• North Korea
• Iran
• Syria
• Cuba
• Russia (to the extent restricted under EU sanctions)
• Any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the EU, UN, or U.S. OFAC

The Company reserves the right to restrict or block access from sanctioned jurisdictions.

Platform services may require payment in digital assets (e.g., SOL).

• Fees are executed via smart contracts.
• Where applicable, payments may be automatically distributed (e.g., affiliate splits).

Location detection determines VAT treatment automatically.

• Users detected within the European Union are charged 21% VAT, where applicable.
• Users detected outside the European Union are charged 0% VAT.

VAT is calculated at the moment of payment and cannot be modified after blockchain confirmation. All blockchain payments are final and irreversible.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
• Evade sanctions
• Promote fraudulent schemes
• Conduct securities offerings in violation of law
• Manipulate markets
• Exploit smart contracts
• Distribute malicious code
• Harass or threaten other users
• Create tokens designed for illegal activity

The Company may restrict or terminate access at its sole discretion if prohibited activity is detected and may, where required or deemed appropriate under applicable law, report such activity to relevant competent authorities.

Blockchain and digital asset technologies involve significant risks, including:

• Irreversible transactions
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Extreme volatility
• Regulatory changes
• Permanent loss of private keys

You acknowledge that you fully understand these risks and assume responsibility for your actions.

The Platform is non-custodial. The Company does not:

• Hold private keys
• Control wallets
• Manage digital assets
• Process fiat payments

You are solely responsible for your wallet security and transaction verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". The Company is not liable for:

• Blockchain failures
• Smart contract bugs
• Loss of funds
• Market losses
• User error
• Third-party wallet failures
• Regulatory changes

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

The Company may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, geographic restrictions are bypassed, sanctions exposure is identified, or required by law or relevant regulators. Termination does not affect user-controlled blockchain assets.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, tokens you create or promote, violations of law, or breach of these Terms.

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
